Next week, I’ll be cooking alongside two James Beard–nominated Omaha chefs to support the Omaha Food Bank (with Tom Colicchio judging) and there are still tickets available if you’d like to join us.
In team member news, Ron Mettler is back behind the bar and our cocktails are better than ever! We have also welcomed David Wees as our new Director of Catering, and he’s already booking for 2025, so be sure to reserve your dates soon and this summer is filling up quickly. Plus, here’s a little teaser: we’re getting a food truck—stay tuned for more details soon.
