We are passionate about our community. As a local business, we have always believed that by helping each other and supporting area farmers, food artisans and producers, our community would benefit. Many of us at Dante are animal lovers, and this year we wanted to do something special for the furry friends in our community who are in need of loving forever homes.
During course of lent, $1 was donated to the Nebraska Humane Society for every lent special sold. In addition to the donation efforts, Dante worked in conjunction with the Nebraska Humane Society to feature one animal every week in emails and on social media in an effort to increase awareness for area dogs and cats who were available for adoption. We are thrilled to announce in addition to the monetary donation, all six of our lovable Dante Featured Pets have been adopted! Congratulations to Oreo, Fred, Minnie, Daisy, Oliver and Polo for finding your forever homes and Thank You to their new owners, everyone who enjoyed one of our lent specials and those of you who helped to share and spread the word about these deserving dogs and cats. We couldn’t be happier!
