You may recall back in May, we hosted a Tuscan Wine Dinner which was inspired by Chef’s time with the Baracchi family in Tuscany. Now, we are pleased and honored to have the opportunity to host a Barrachi Wine Dinner with our personal friend and extraordinary winemaker, Benedetto Baracchi who will be present to personally share with you the incredible wines from his famous family estate. A 5th generation winemaker, Benedetto’s family has been making wine since 1860. Together with his father, Riccardo, Benedetto is carrying on the family tradition of winemaking by ensuring that the grapes produced by their vineyards are the best quality, hand-picked at just the right time to create wines with extraordinary flavor. At our Baracchi Wine Dinner event, he will walk you through each expertly paired course with stories of the wines, how they are made, and exactly what makes them so unique. Together with Chef Strawhecker’s Baracchi-inspired menu of the freshest available ingredients and wood-fired deliciousness, this wine dinner with the two friends collaborating once again will be an amazing experience.All featured wines will be available for purchase at a special price during the wine dinner event.
