Chef Strawhecker is bringing his incredible Italian passion to create a pasta-focused menu with four different handmade pasta techniques. Each course will be inspired by the pastas from north to south in Italy, paired with a wine from that region. Each pasta course will use hyper-seasonal ingredients from the earth, land, sea and air, brought to Dante fresh the day of the dinner.
